Tiers Villas Stage Three is now complete. 

Inspired by the dramatic natural landscape surrounding it, this exclusive lifestyle development resonated with astute investors from the start, and we are proud to have delivered all four Villas to their new owners.

Each Villa was meticulously crafted to meet Alpha Properties' renowned construction standards, offering the ultimate home-away-from-home. Concrete construction was paired with shiplap cedar and shuttered windows to create a striking visual contrast. High gabled rooflines were designed to echo the alpine peaks of The Remarkables, which the Villas now proudly face. Detailed steel beams, dark metallic roofing, Alucabond panelling, and soffits were carefully chosen to complement the contemporary alpine aesthetic and blend seamlessly with the muted tundra tones of the natural landscape.

Inside, we used a neutral palette accented by rich timber floors to bring warmth and vibrancy to the living spaces. Alabaster paint finishes, framed by dark matte joinery, directed attention to the breathtaking views visible through the floor-to-ceiling glazing.

The open-plan interiors flow effortlessly onto a covered terrace to the south and a spacious courtyard to the north, ensuring ample room for relaxation and entertaining, all while maximising comfort, light, and lifestyle.

We designed two distinct configurations:

Villas 11 and 12 feature 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms across the upper two levels, with a double garage on the ground floor. Villas 13 and 14 offer the same 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom layout but with a self-contained 1-bedroom apartment on the ground floor in place of the garage. All four villas also include a ply-lined storage and drying room under the stairs, enhancing functionality.
